Project management involves overseeing all aspects of a building project, from initial planning to final construction, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.

The time taken to complete a project varies based on its size and complexity, ranging from one month to three years. Generally, repair projects are completed in less time compared to complete construction or reconstruction projects. In the event of unforeseen challenges, we always consult with the client to confirm any proposed changes to the timeline.

In general, most remodeling projects require a permit. However, there are exceptions for finish upgrades such as new carpet, paint, crown molding, etc. If you have a specific construction project in mind and would like to know if a permit will be required, please give us a call and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

The majority of our work takes place in the southwest of Mallorca. However, if you have a project outside of that range, please contact us, and we will see what we can do!
